HEAP (Heat Energy Assistance Program) provides assistance with heating bills to those in need. We are HEAP approved, which means that we are authorized to deliver home heating oil to people who qualify for the program.

Help with the application
If you need assistance with your HEAP application, we can help. Our office staff is qualified to help seniors complete their applications. Additionally, if you are homebound, we can come directly to you to provide assistance.
We also accept project warmth
